Angelica Panopoulos

Candidate for Pascoe Vale

This is an image of Angelica who is smiling at the camera in an outdoor environment. She has long, dark, wavy hair, is wearing a black printed blouse and small, golden hoop earrings. The background includes vibrant foliage in autumnal colours and looks bright and warm.

I’ve spent my whole life in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, from starting out as a refugee rights activist to serving as Councillor and then Mayor. For me, politics has always been about people because when governments fail to act in our best interests, it’s up to us to replace them with those who will.

In Pascoe Vale, families deserve a good life in the suburbs we call home: affordable housing, climate action and well-funded schools, and local green spaces where we can come together as a community. But year after year, Labor underfunds our schools, ignores road safety upgrades, and delays transport improvements.

I want to be an active, local and accountable representative you can trust. Someone who listens, shows up, and delivers for the suburbs we share. Let’s turn Pascoe Vale Green.
