I am a Kororoit local and young trans woman who centres community first. Our community is struggling to afford the basics, so we need to work together to advocate for our futures. When young people and families mobilise, we can build a better and happier life for all of us.
Right now people are feeling betrayed and left behind by Labor. The cost of living crisis has impacted our community massively, people are struggling to afford the basics in life, while the ultra wealthy continue to get rich. It’s just not fair that while so many people struggle to afford basic medication or choose between rent or food that the billionaires are able to buy private jets and expensive yachts.
We will build a campaign in Kororoit that centres the community, inclusivity, compassion and social justice and builds to end the cost of living crisis that is impacting so many people.
